How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation for a Visit from Santa by using our online forms, by email, or by calling Santa and his helpers at 817-528-9146..

How do I pay Santa

Santa accepts Visa and MasterCard, local checks and cash.  You can prepay when you make your reservation, or discretely pay Santa when he arrives.  Visits from Santa requires non refundable deposits for all reservations.  Normally, the deposit is the amount of the reservation.  We can hold the reservation with a credit card, if you intend to pay by check.

Does Santa hand out presents, snacks, etc ?

Santa is very willing to hand out gifts or presents to your child, after all that's what he does!  Santa prefers that you provide the gifts prior to to his visit.  There is no extra charge for Santa to hand out the presents.  If you wish Santa to bring the presents with him, please contact his elves for more information and additional costs.

Do to health regulations Santa can not provide  food or other snacks.  If you wish the children to have snacks or candy , he suggests that you provide them for Santa to pass to the children.

Visits From Santa is a program operated by Double Eagle Services, Inc.  Double Eagle Services, Inc is a local IT Support company serving the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex Small - Medium Business and Home user markets.  Double Eagle Services, Inc is a family owned and operated corporation founded in February 2002.  We are headquartered in Arlington, Texas.

Are your pictures of good quality?
We use a 5 mega pixel digital camera providing ultrahigh definition pictures.  Combined with a specialized Hewlett Packard Photo Printer we can obtain photo quality pictures.  Visits From Santa uses only Kodak Photo Paper for all of our prints.
